Refunds and exchanges

We do not accept returns, unless the item you received is damaged. if you wish to return a damaged item, please follow the procedure below:

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will notify you once we've received and inspected the item and let you know if it's approved or not. If approved, we will replace your item with a new one. The product must be received unworn and in their original packaging.

Size exchange

Size exchange must be on the same day. Item must be clean and in their original packaging. Once approved, we will send you the new size.

International returns 

We do not offer exchange or return on orders shipped internationally.
